Deep beneath the giant-ruled city of Malaja-Rak, an ancient ruin has been unearthed—The Sanctum of the Starfallen. Once sealed away for generations, it now stirs with new horrors. A doomed adventuring party ventured inside, and only two crawled out, whispering of orc warbands, troglodyte ambushes, and something far worse lurking in the dark. Now, a new team—handpicked by the enigmatic Cas—must descend into the depths, reclaim the lost Underwatch stronghold, and uncover the fate of the missing. But as they prepare to rappel into the abyss, strange skittering sounds echo from below… Will they establish a foothold, or will they join the Sanctum’s growing graveyard?
